Start your day with a healthy and nutritious blueberry smoothie that contains all the major food groups (carbs, fat, protein) that you need to head out for a good start.

DIFFICULTY: EASY

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup of COASTAL MOON blueberries (buy them at Goodeggs and get $20 off your first purchase)

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • 2 cups spinach

  • A squeeze of lemon juice

DIRECTIONS:

Add everything to a blender and press go!

If you need more liquid add more coconut milk or water.
